Playing Small Moment

Elizabeth experienced a playing small moment while living in Venezuela. A woman mentor pointed out that every time Elizabeth offered up her opinion she started by saying “I might be wrong but…” Elizabeth realized she undervalued her own perspective.

Elizabeth frequently created unnecessary resistance in situations because she was desperate for the approval of others. Her wake up call was progressive and evolved over many years of self-realization.

Style of Leadership

Elizabeth describes her leadership style as a listener and constant learner. This keeps her ideas fresh and allows her to offer a different point of view to those she leads.

What Are You Excited About?

Elizabeth finds it consistently exciting to show her clients how they are able to use their true talents and resources to make the change and the impact they desire. Also, building the platform for her upcoming book allowed her to venture into exciting projects she had never experienced before.

Current Business Challenge

Balancing her responsibilities is Elizabeth’s current business challenge. She questions how much to delegate and how much to handle herself.
