Playing Small Moment

Sheila is a life learner. She was playing small when she was working for a major retailer. She realized her boss was always just dangling a carrot in front of her face. He was always giving the store management positions to the guys. Sheila was selling herself short by constantly needing to please him.

The Wake Up Call

The aha moment Shelia can remember was when she moved from Minneapolis to New York. She didn’t know anyone in NY. The relationship she moved there for had ended. Her company took a nose dive, because the financial crisis crept up and she didn’t have her eye on the ball. Sheila tried to hide what was going on with her business and relationship. She didn’t want anyone to see she was failing. Sheila became this really unhappy and angry person. One of her friends suggested she should try meditation.
