Playing Small Moment

Michelle says her playing small moment came when she requested coffee with a friend who was a C-level executive from a large financial firm, to ask for some career advice. When her contact said she should take on a new role, Michelle was embarrassed, because she didn’t think she had what it would take for a role of that size.

The Wake Up Call

While watching TV one evening, Michelle was amazed to learn there is a science behind how we show up every day. This was her wake up call that maybe she had plateaued in her current position, and it was time for her to learn more about positive psychology.

Style of Leadership

Michelle practices positive leadership. She has a weekly check in and asks her team members “What lit you up the most?”
