Meet Leanne Rodd

Leanne Rodd is the Director of Talent for FlexProfessionals, a niche staffing agency matching professionals seeking flexibility with growing organizations in need of top talent. Leanne leads recruiting and programming for FlexProfessionals in the Boston Metro area. She has more than twenty years’ experience in learning and development, coaching, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has advocated for flexible work options to help professionals stay engaged and purposeful in their careers. Leanne has a Masters in Training and Development from Lesley University. As a board-certified professional and career coach, she helps job seekers develop the skill sets they need to convey their value and pursue meaningful roles.
