Want to make the most of your Women Taking the Lead show experience?

This show is about overcoming (or at least putting to the side) the stories in our heads that tell us we’re not good enough so we can go after and fulfill our dreams, purpose and mission.

What I’ve found (I’m sure you have too), is that when people understand the realness of your back story (struggles, setbacks, and victories), they are more likely to take you at face value and follow your lead. This is your opportunity to share your story and leadership moments, and connect with the audience.

These women leaders are hungry and eager for inspiration, ideas, and steps.

As human beings our minds are wired for stories. We become more engaged, retain more information, and experience an emotional connection when information is provided in the story format. Review the interview flow for women and think of specific moments that you can share with us – in the story format.

Sound Quality – The better to hear you, my dear

It will be hard for the audience to listen to the interview if it’s hard to hear you or if the connection is breaking up. Skype makes for superior sound and connection quality. Use a headset and mic similar to this one for best results and noise cancelling (cars honking, chairs squeaking, dogs barking, planes flying overhead).

If you haven’t yet

  1. connect to me via Skype. Skype handle – jodi.flynn74
  2. Send me a head shot AND a wide-angle shot of you so we can boost the marketing of your episode
  3. Send me a 50-75 word bio for you

What you can expect:

  • The interview will be recorded and will run approximately 25 minutes.
  • You’ll get all appropriate links and are welcome to use the show’s brand in your promotional efforts.
  • Social media promotion (on my side) before and after the recording releases on all the major players.
  • The audio will remain on my site as well as my

What I expect:

  • That you will share your stories of hardship and triumph.
  • We will both have a good time – it will feel more like a conversation than an interview.
  • Promotion of the episode to your email list and via social media when the recording releases. If you have a team member who does your promotion let me know and I can communicate with them directly.

I look forward to seeing what we can create together!
