Playing Small Moment

Caroline’s playing small moment happened when she realized she didn’t value herself enough to allow other people to love her. Caroline didn’t have the tools to see her own shortcomings.

The Wake Up Call

While pregnant with her second child, Caroline experienced a hormone shift―which she calls a deep darkness. Her aha moment came when she caught herself in the mirror and saw an exhausted, resentful, sad person. It was this vision that caused her dark cloud to start lifting.
